Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a non-profit spiritual organization, Panchayati Akhara Nirmal functions through the contributions, donations, and voluntary support of devotees. However, we understand that errors or unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to handle such situations with fairness and compassion.
Donations
- All donations are considered sacred contributions (daan) and are generally non-refundable.
- If a donation is made in error (such as duplicate transactions), devotees may request a correction within 7 working days by contacting our administration.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Merchandise Purchases
- If Panchayati Akhara Nirmal offers merchandise such as books, spiritual items, or clothing:
- Refunds or replacements may be requested for defective or damaged items.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return costs may need to be borne by the buyer unless the fault lies with us.
Event or Accommodation Bookings
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the event or booking date to be considered for partial refunds.
- In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or organizational decisions, Panchayati Akhara Nirmal may offer credits or alternate arrangements instead of cash refunds.
